Sealed percentage rate tenders are invited on behalf of Food Corporation of India for the following works from appropriate class of approved Electrical contractors of CPWD , State PWDs, MES, P&T, Railways and Public Sector Undertakings of Central/State Governments, who have satisfactorily completed during the last five years atleast three works of Rs.1.00 lac each for works in any of the Organisations listed in this N.I.T. for registration.

Application for issue of tender documents shall be received by the Asstt.General Manager(Elect), FCI, Regional Office,Jaipur on any working days upto 15.00 hours on dated 15.03.2010. Application must accompany with full particulars of works executed by them duly supported by sufficient documentary evidence such as electrical contractor license, and VAT Registration Certificate, clearance certificate etc. in original. Tender documents (Non transferable) may be obtained from the same office after making payment in cash, the cost of tender, upto 15.30 hours on dated 15.03.2010 as indicated against the name of work. Earnest Money in the form of Demand Draft of any Scheduled Bank payable at Jaipur in favour of Food Corporation of India must accompany with tender. Tenders not accompanied by earnest money in the prescribed form shall be summarily rejected.
Completed tenders will be received by the Asstt.Geneeral Manager(Elect) FCI, Regional Office,Jaipur upto 15.00 Hrs. on dated 16.03.2010 and opened on the same day at 15.30 hours in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representative.
