MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 09.02.2010 AT 15 HOURS FOR OPENING OF T.E (FINANCIAL BIDS) FOR SALE OF 1114 MT WHEAT TO TECHNICALLY QUALIFIED BULK CONSUMERS OF RAJASTHAN THROUGH OPEN TENDERS UNDER OPEN MARKET SALE SCHEME (DOMESTIC) OMSS (D).
As per directions of Ministry of CAF & PD Government of India vide letter No. 1-11/2009-Py.IV dated 23.11.2009 circulated by Food Corporation of India Headquarters New Delhi vide letter No. J. 1 (1) /2009/ OMSS (D) / Bulk Consumers / S-III Dated 01.12.2009, 17.12.2009, 24.12.2009, 05.01.2010 & 20.01.2010 the tender enquiry (Financial bids) for sale of 1114 MT Wheat (allotted Quantity) to technically empanelled bulk consumers of Rajasthan through open tenders under open market sale scheme (Domestic) OMSS (D) was floated through publication of NIT’s on 06.02.2010 in Two Regional Newspapers & One National Newspaper as details given below:-

NIT’s and Tender form was also uploaded in FCI Website on 05.02.2010.
The Tender enquiry (Financial bids) was scheduled to be opened on 09.02.2010 at 15 hours in the presence of tender opening Committee Members as enumerated below:-

The sealed Tender Box was opened at scheduled date & Time in presence of Tender opening committee Members and tenderers & found 18Tenders (financial bids) in Tender Box.
The committee has accepted all the 15 tenders which are ranging Rs.1274.10 to Rs.1315.70 per quintal which covers the quantity of 1113.85 MT as detailed in Annexure B &C enclosed. Out of rejected four parties one party has been rejected as H2, reaming three parties have not submitted the tender in order. The acceptance of successful tenderers may be issued by the operating branch on 10.02.2010.
